Thank you to readers who caught an error in this months newsletter.

The PROBLEM for spinal osteoporosis/osteopenia is bending from the waist. Bending from the hips is fine...and keep the rest of the spine straight.

An important distinction and one which an experienced yoga teacher should well as anyone with spinal osteopenia or osteoporosis who oes any form of bending etc.

Thanks for the corrections.

PS I think I need to do a more complete piece about yoga in the future. Some forms, especially yoga therapy, can be of enormous benefit.
