Osteopenia improvement

Hi everyone, I have managed over the last three years to improve my bone density by 3%, not much of an exercise type, but I do walk for an 1-1.5 hours a day. I take various supplements and have improved my diet. It really doesn't take much to gain improvement. Good luck everyone.

Hi, I take a calcium, magnesium and boron supplement by Solgar; vitamin D3; vitamin E; folic acid (various brands).
