December 2015 news

First, good news. If you have been wanting to buy a weight vest (the one that allows you to add small weights) The company contacted me. They are having an end of the year sale.

The link for the SALE prices can be found in RED on: https://www.osteopenia3.com/Weight-vest.html

More herbs that build bone

Second, I have found research about some additional herbs/foods that build bone, so I added pages to the natural treatments section at:

https://www.osteopenia3.com/Natural-Osteopenia-Treatments.html

Third, Milk thistle has long been used to treat some liver diseases and certain viral infections - especially the flu. .

I just found a study showing it might be of use for post menopausal Osteoporosis. I do not have anything on the web site about this yet. I am trying to find additional studies before posting anything. But I expect that I shall have a page on line before the end of the month. If you want to read it, you can check the INDEX PAGE on the site. It will be under the letter M.

End of the year thanks

As we come to the end of 2015, I feel much gratitude for life, love and especially the beauty of the world. And I am grateful for being able to do this work of reading and posting research that might assist you in improving your bone density. .

I know that not every one has a medical provider who knows many of the natural treatments that have been shown to build bone. Also some are SO busy that do not have the time to explain all the 'ins and outs' of drugs used for this condition. As always I encourage you (want you) to share what you are doing to build bone with your medical providers - they have training that I do not have. I am NOT a licensed medical provider and so can not offer medical advice. BUT I can (and do) share the results of my reading research studies.

Be well. Be happy. And may 2016 find you in the best health of your life....full of joy and love - especially for those who can be over looked or forgotten.

Kate
