Osteopenia improvement

Osteopenia improvement I've follow so many of your recommendations -- thank you.

I just had a two year follow up on my baseline dexa scan. My t score for my total spine increased from -2.5 to -1.41. However my total left hip went from -1.42 to -1.64.

I'm still osteopenia but it is a major improvement. I'm excited about the progress in the spine but am not sure how to target the hips.

I have been taking lactoferrin, strontium, and advacal calcium (plus) supplements. I don't always get all the calcium from these supplements as I carry chocolate ones around with me for mid day.

I did accupuncture regularly for the first year, have tried eating prunes but have to juggle other issues with them, I do some walking with a weight vest, ski regularly from November to May and when I'm in my ski boots walking around I try to stomp up stairs in the the lodges, I do yoga regularly.

I am in the sun a lot so I do wear sun screen but I assume that even with number 70 that if I spend 4 hours in the sun I am taking in rays. I take Flamenco dancing once a week. I do drink some sage tea, and onions are pretty regular in our diet. These were all the positive changes.

For balance I stand with my eyes closed on one foot in the morning when I'm cooking my oatmeal. I do eat plenty of fruits and veggies and I have never smoked. I haven't given up my glass of wine or chocolate(caffeine).
